PROTECT PLUS – OVER PROTECTION

A car is regularly used the year round, in different climatic zones, in all weathers, requiring an increased protection of engine in any conditions. The innovative ultra high strength oil film, minimizing friction and preventing wear of parts to the utmost, was being designed for more than three years. Experiments with different engines and mechanisms were carried out, extreme operating conditions and modes were created. As a result, the company designed and successfully tested the innovative technology ProtectPlus used in motor oils of brand Japa№1oil ^®. The design goal was to improve protection of parts of both light and heavy-loaded engine.

The new technology is implemented in end user’s interests, allows to increase the engine service life and oil replacement intervals and reduces oil topping-up consumption. Besides, fuel and maintenance expenses are decreased, not to mention the engine protection under any temperature conditions. Improved oil parameters allow reducing energy consumption for pumping over inside the engine, resulting into fuel saving and engine faster starting. Oils are designed for heavy-duty operation modes from many-hours traffic jams until long-term trips on highways at a speed of 200km\h. Such oils can be used in all represented world regions. Exceptional oxidation stability of oils retains their performances during the whole service life.
